With a background in Psychology and Counselling, I came to acupuncture through both personal experience and deep reflection on how people heal. After graduating in 2022, I found myself disheartened by the limitations within mainstream approaches to mental health — long waiting lists, high costs, and delayed outcomes. This led me to explore more holistic options, and it was through this search that I encountered acupuncture.

 

Experiencing acupuncture firsthand for allergies and low immune function opened my eyes to its profound impact. The speed and depth of the results sparked a passion in me — not just for the medicine itself, but for its capacity to address both physical and emotional imbalance.

 

My approach is rooted in sensitivity, spiritual awareness, and a deep belief that every person holds a unique light. I want to help people move through the obstacles that weigh them down — be they physical ailments or emotional burdens — so they can live with clarity, purpose, and vitality.

 

After qualification, I hope to open a community clinic in the local area to make acupuncture affordable and accessible to all, especially those who feel underserved by conventional routes to care.

 

I am in the last six months of my third-year honours degree level training in Five Element acupuncture at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa. I received permission to practice under indirect supervision, meaning my treatment records are subject to scrutiny by supervisors who are fully qualified members of the British Acupuncture Council. I am fully insured, and my course is accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditations Board (BAAB.co.uk).
